prototype, quick turn, or full-rate production requirements. M2
Global facilities offer the latest in CNC precision
machining, fabrications, welding, metal castings, brazing,
and electro-mechanical assembly for materials ranging
from sheet metal, to plastics, to aluminum. Metal
finishing includes complete chemical finish, paint,
and silk-screening operations.
M2 Global Value-Added Manufacturing and Custom Fabrication
Services include a variety of products and services,
ranging from piece part manufacturing through turnkey
full product assembly and test, utilizing just-in-time
supply chain principles. The engineering
department offers complete services ranging from initial
design to manufacturability and testability analysis. Our
design and programming packages include AutoCAD, SolidWorks,
MasterCAM with Catia V4 & V5 Translation, SwissCAM,
and Pro/Engineer, which easily interface with your CAD
systems for ease of data transfer. M2 Global’s
design packages are fully integrated with Virtual Gibbs
CAM software to develop reliable CNC fabrication programs
for our state-of-the art equipment.
